Dog Care / Kennel Help - Immediate Opening

Camp Bow Wow®, the nation’s largest premier Doggy Day Care & Overnight Camp, located in Columbia MD. Is looking for someone with a genuine LOVE for dogs and is willing to do LOTS OF CLEANING.

Description:
• Monitor dog behavior at all times ensuring a fun, safe and playful environment for the campers and fellow camp counselors
• Daily cleaning of indoor & outdoor play areas and overnight cabins, including all play equipment, floors and fencing
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds and be in good physical health, as doggy playgroup monitoring and cleaning is physical and demanding work
• Successfully complete course in pet first aid and doggy CPR as provided by Camp Bow Wow®
• Must be flexible to work all shifts including weekends and holidays

Required Skills:
• MUST LOVE DOGS! Our business is caring for and providing a safe, secure, healthy, and happy environment for each and every one of our campers
• Must be able to stoop and bend, physically fit, stand for long periods at a time, and able to lift at least 40lbs
• Must have own transportation
• Veterinary or kennel experience preferred but not required
